The villa

Detached modern villa with its own private swimming pool and spacious sun terrace with several deck chairs and umbrellas. The villa is appropriate for 6 persons. On the ground floor you can find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, lavabo, toilet and hairdryer. There is a spacious living room with view on the swimming pool and garden and a totally equiped open kitchen.

Further on you can find a garage and storage room.
The garden consist of artificial grass with several colourfull flowers, plants and even and old olive tree and citrus-, lemontree. You can even use fresh herbs out of the garden while cooking.

On the terrace you find a dining table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy the first sun rays while having breakfast. The living room is decorated in a modern way and has a satellite TV with several international TV channels and radio stations. Moreover there is wifi connection within the whole villa.

There are 2 seperate bedrooms on the first floor of which one of them is twin bedded. All bedrooms have built in closets with a lot of storage space. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace where you can enjoy an excellent view.

All rooms have the possibility to be darkened by using blinds. Upstairs you also have the possibility to use a bathroom with a shower, toilet and lavabo.
